1 (375 mL) tall, clear ice wine, or vinegar bottle
3 Tbsp. Honey Garlic Mustard Rub
1 (6-8”) sprig of thyme
Clean virgin olive oilMake sure your bottle is well sterilized. Put in rub, then thyme sprig, then fill with olive oil. Cap, or cork, and set aside for one month in a cupboard.
