T-BONE’S ROASTED RED PEPPER & PIRI-PIRI SAUCE 4 red peppers (roasted, burn black on BBQ or under broiler ~ remove skin & seeds) Sweat onions in olive oil, add garlic, cook for 2 minutes, then add the chopped roasted peppers. Cook for 2-4 minutes.
